1. Overview

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on www.shopiliro.com (“Website”) operated by Shopiliro (“we,” “our,” “us”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if:


  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • There are pricing or description errors.
  • Payment authorization cannot be obtained. 


Once your order is accepted, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your order details and tracking information once shipped.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or U.S. Dollars (USD), depending on your location. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout. 


We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider stripe.

4. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in your order, we’ll notify you immediately and give you the option to confirm or cancel. 

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Exchange Policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. 

7. Taxes & Duties

Applicable taxes (GST, PST, HST, or U.S. state taxes) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country of residence. 

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, and coupons are valid for the specified time only. They cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotion without notice. 

9. Ownership & Risk of Loss

Ownership of products transfers to you once full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the order to your specified address. Shopiliro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopiliro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question. 

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, items sold by Shopiliro are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Manufacturer warranties may apply to select electronic products and are detailed on their respective product pages.

By purchasing from Shopiliro, you agree to:


  • Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Use purchased products responsibly and only as intended. 

13. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, the order will be subject to our Return Policy. To request cancellation, contact support@shopiliro.com within 3 hours of placing your order. 

14. Force Majeure

Shopiliro is not responsible for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions, or labor strikes. 

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. 

16. Changes to These Terms

Shopiliro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
