Canada and the
United States. We partner with trusted logistics carriers to ensure reliable delivery service nationwide. International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Estimated Delivery Time-frames
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method:

- Express Shipping (3–7 business days): Available on select products and destinations.
- Remote Area Deliveries(where applicable): May require an additional 3–5 days.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package may be held at a local depot or returned to sender.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.
- Re-shipping fees may apply if the order must be resent.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment when applicable.
9. Delivery Delays

Shopiliro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@shopiliro.com. If the order has not shipped, we’ll update it; otherwise, you may need to place a new order.
12. Returns Related to Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt,
we’ll notify you by email. You may choose to:
- Request a refund (minus shipping fees), or
- Request reshipment (new shipping fee applies).
